Vintage Cabin on a half acre of pinyon pine trees in the Los Padres Forest. This is only 1 of 6 cabin permitted to be in the area via a land lease of $1300 a year. The cabin features Valleys views, a vintage 1920's Hotpoint table leg electric stove/oven, Sleeping Loft and Hot water. No interior bathroom however a clean outhouse with lots of privacy. The cabin has an artesian spring well with pump which supplies water year round. The usage permit granted the Forest Service allows for an additional 1000sqft to be built onto the cabin. There is no Commercial activity, livestock, planting or use as a primary residence.
